Ridge Point Estates Road Construction To Begin

It has been an incredible first few weeks since launching phase one of Ridge Point Estates. There has been a tremendous amount of interest and activity. We are extremely honored and excited to finally deliver this development project to the Bertram community. 

There is no doubt that the housing demand in Central Texas is white hot, from builders and individual owners alike it is an exciting time for those looking for a change of pace to consider calling this little piece of Burnet County, Texas home. 

As you might imagine, safe and sound roadways are a key investment (as well as a prerequisite of Burnet County) for this project. We want interested agents, buyers and builders to know that we have formally awarded Ross Construction Inc with the contract to deliver the roadways and pond. The folks at Ross Construction are well known in the Central Texas community and came highly recommended throughout our interviews. We are excited to Ross Construction begin work sometime in April 2021 (schedule permitting).
